In which I discuss my goal of becoming super fit by my 40th birthday. I have a lot of obstacles to overcome, like a rotator cuff injury, too much body fat, and not doing enough cardio. I’ve also started IF — Intermittent Fasting — to help lose fat fast. Can I get Fit By 40? I used to be quite fit, but now…I need some work. This starts my quest to get the fitness of my youth back!
